How is the price set?
By vehicle size and how much cleaning it needs, judged from your photos. The quote is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
Card (tap or phone wallet), Venmo, Zelle or cash, at the car when the work is done.
Is sales tax included?
Your quote shows it on its own line. Exterior-only washes carry none.
Do I need to be home?
Only at the start, for a walk-around, and at the end, to see the result and pay.
What if it rains?
If weather prevents the work, we move your booking to the next available day at no charge.
Do you need water or an outlet?
If the work needs an outlet or water, we ask in advance. Tell us on the quote form whether there is an outlet.
Can I cancel or move it?
Yes. Tell us at least 24 hours before the visit.
What if something is damaged?
We photograph the vehicle before we start. Tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we inspect it; if we are responsible, we repair it or pay the reasonable cost.
